Where does affinity event decorators operate?

Affinity event decorators are based in Swansea and cover a 30 mile radius, this includes Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Burry Port, Pembrey, Kidwelly, Cross Hands, Ammanford, Neath, Port Talbot, Maesteg, Porthcawl, Bridgend, Gower, Mumbles and surrounding areas of South Wales.

Can I use your services if I am outside these areas?

Yes, if you are further than a one hour radius from Llansamlet, Swansea we will still decorate your event but there will be a mileage fee.  Please request a quote.

Do you charge to set up?

Set up is free for orders over £150 within 20 miles, or free for orders over £350 over 20 miles.  If you don’t meet the minimum order there is a fuel charge of 25p per mile

Do you have a minimum order?

No we do not have a minimum order but you may be charged a small fuel fee for smaller orders

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

No, Affinity event decorators do not currently have a showroom open to the public.  We do most of our business via phone or email and provide free and friendly online consultations.  If you would prefer to meet us you can arrange an appointment to meet at your event venue.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, To confirm your booking and secure your date we require a £50 booking fee which is non refundable. You can pay the remainder in instalments or in full at any point up until 6 weeks prior to your booking.

I have not finalised my guest list figures, can I still book?

Yes, You can book with estimated figures and final figures are required no later than 6 weeks prior to your event when outstanding balance must also be paid.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes, we take a £50 security deposit to protect ourselves against losses or damage to hire items. This is to be paid 1 week prior to event and will be returned within 48 hours of collection.  Any losses or damaged will be deducted.  If loss or damage exceeds £50 you will be billed to cover replacement costs.

Do you fit chair covers and assemble decorations?​

Yes, Affinity event decorators will fit your chair covers and assemble and decorate your venue as part of our service.

How do I know if the chair covers will fit?

We use high quality stretchy lycra chair covers that are made to fit most styles of banqueting chairs. Staff at your venue should be able to confirm this for you.
